8时30分，程昭玉书记以“心有大爱，行动报国”为主题，进行开学第一课的直播。他向全院学生传达了“思考的力量”和“行动的力量”。首先，他与老师同学一起回顾了党中央领导全国人民战疫的过程。为了保障人民群众的生命安全和身体健康，党中央精准研判，科学决策、率领全国人民打了一场抗击疫情的总体战，阻击战。目前抗击疫情已经取得阶段胜利。赢得了人民的拥护，得到了国际社会的普遍赞誉和广泛支持。
